Q: Where those item from?

A: Majority are from Korea. Album,Merchandise,Outfit,Jewelry, etc. all are from Korea.

Q:Can i order more then 1? Is there any Special price if i order alot.

A: Yes. For the price,its depend on the item. If u 100% confirm with ur order i will let u know the total. For more information, please contact us.

Q: Did you only sell item from this blog?

A: No. Please visit our FACEBOOK PAGE for more item. And we ACCEPT customer request.

Q:Do we get poster?

A: Poster will be free for pre order. 

Q: How long should i wait to get the album/ merchandises? 

A: For album it will be about 1-2 week if there no delay.

     For Merchandise it will be about 2-3 week if there no delay.

Q: Do we get refund?

A: Yes. I will refund back ur money within 30 days after u make the payment, If there is unexpected problem happen.

Q: Can we cancel our order?

A: No. U can't cancel ur order after u make the payment. But ur order will be cancel if u not make the payment with in the time that has been told. 

Q:How to make the payment?

A: We accept bankin/bank transfer and paypal..

Q: I'm from oversea. Can i order from u?

A: Sorry. but for now we only accept buyer from Malaysia only.
